BUYER’S AND ADMINISTRATIVE FEES The purchase of the property is subject to a buyer’s premium of £2,400 inc. VAT, together with any other fees mentioned in the legal pack. From the premium, £1200 (including VAT) goes towards goes toward the auctioneers costs of Lodge and Thomas/Bamboo Auctions and £1,200 goes towards the deposit. Successful purchasers will pay the balance of the 10% deposit within 24 hours of the close of auction.
