The woodland lies in a highly sought after area, within easy reach of a
number of popular surfing beaches and tourist attractions most notably
Rock, Daymer Bay and Polzeath, which are just 3, 3.5 and 4 miles away

A public footpath runs along a short length of the northern boundary of Lot 2 There are no other public rights of way. Access rights are granted between the parking spaces and the woodland.
TENURE & COMPLETION
The woodland is sold freehold with vacant possession on completion 6
weeks after the auction, or earlier by agreement.

From Wadebridge, take the B3314 over the bypass, in the direction of
Rock and St Minver. Proceed along this road for 3.2 miles going through the village of Bodieve and over Trewornan Bridge., (from the bridge, continue a further 2 miles). Opposite the turning to Pityme and Rock turn right signposted 'Treglyn Farm Holiday Cottages' Continue down this lane, going past 'Camel Fish' and keeping right, you will eventually arrive near the cottages and a parking area. Please park on the green area (rather than the tarmacked spaces which are allocated to the cottages.)
The woodland can be accessed on foot from the south eastern corner of the car park and a Stags for sale board has been erected on the roadside and by the entrance.
