4.The Buyer shall pay the Seller on exchange of contracts the sum of 2% plus VAT of the Purchase Price subject to a minimum fee of £2,000 plus VAT of £400 and the Buyer shall pay the Auctioneer on exchange of contracts the sum of £400 plus VAT of £80 representing the Auctioneer’s commission and auction entry fee.
