6. In addition to the Deposit, the Buyer shall pay on Exchange of Contracts the sum of £2,000.00 plus VAT (£2,400.00) plus £480.00 inclusive of VAT representing the Auctioneer’s Commission and Auction Entry Fee; such sums to be paid to the Auctioneer upon Exchange. This fee is payable in addition to any on-line Buyer’s Administration Fee Charged by the Auctioneer.
