Description
The chance to acquire the former property previously known as “Glan Yr Afon”. The site has now overgrown and the former buildings are derelict. We note that there was previous (circa. 2008) planning under Application Reference: C08D/0218/37/LL to “re-establish dwelling house, integral garage and alternations” however future use will naturally be subject to obtaining the relevant planning permissions and bidders should make their own enquiries prior to bidding.
Situated in the village of Trefor, located approximately 13 miles from the historic castle town of Caernarfon, providing further amenities such as supermarkets, schools and cafes.
All our online auction lots are offered for sale with the required advertising statement, “unless sold or withdrawn prior” although the desire is that all offers should be made once the online bidding has commenced and not before. On the majority of auction lots, the sellers have given instruction that no offers will be considered prior.
