Prentice house is for sale by Online Traditional Auction (unless sold prior.) The auction end time and date is Tuesday 5th March 2024 at 5.30pm.
The vendor reserves the right to alter the lot prior to the auction end date.
SITUATION
Situated between Polgooth, Little Polgooth and London Apprentice, only about 2.5 miles from St Austell. There is a village stores/PO at Polgooth about ½ mile away. The station at St Austell is on the London Paddington line. The south Cornish coast with its rugged coastline, walks, coves and beaches, is about 3 miles to the east and south-east and the historic fishing village of Mevagissey about 4 miles to the south.
