METHOD OF SALE The property will be offered for sale by Online Traditional Auction (unless sold prior.) The auction end date is Wednesday 26th October 2022 at 5pm. The vendor reserves the right to withdraw or alter the property for sale prior to the auction end date. The property can be accessed via our website stags.co.uk. SITUATION The property is situated on the outskirts of Loxbeare, a popular and much sought after village with a parish hall and Church. Tiverton, approximately 4 miles, is a historic market town boasting a wealth of amenities including both private and state schooling, many shops, banks and building societies and two large supermarkets, as well as a modern hospital, sports centre and swimming pool and an 18 hole golf course. From Tiverton there is easy access to Junction 27 of the M5, alongside which lies Tiverton Parkway with its fast trains to London Paddington. Exeter and Taunton are both within easy driving distance.
