The site comprises a single storey building and storage known as ‘The Workshop’ situated within a triangular parcel of land, secured by a two-metre high palisade fence around most of the perimeter.
The site is also surrounded by the rear of terrace residential dwellings fronting Brook Road to the east, Park Avenue to the north west and Davis Avenue to the south. A further Reserved Matters Application was permitted dated 21st December 2022 for the Approval of Appearance and Landscaping (Condition 3), pursuant to the original application reference.
