From the Teignmouth junction of the A380, take the B3192 to
Teignmouth. Pass the turning for Teignmouth Golf Course on the right
before taking the next left onto Holcombe Down Road. Continue along
the road for about 1/2 a mile and turn right as the road bends sharply to
the left. Continue alone the road, following a sharp right turn, the land is
on the left of the road marked by a Stags sale board.
