From Exeter St David’s Station, take the left turn down Station Road,
crossing the River Exe. Turn left at the T-junction onto Exwick Road and
continue for about 1 mile. Turn right at the cross-road onto Redhills and
continue for 0.7 of a mile towards Nadderwater. Take the first exit on the mini roundabout, staying on Redhills. Take the right at the fork in the road, signposted Rowhorne and Oldridge. The land is located on the left of Rowhorne Road after about 0.8 of a mile and is marked by a Stags sale board.
