DEVLOPMENT POTENTIAL
A recent pre application enquiry was made for "Conversion of stables into 1 bed holiday let" under ref: 3642/22/PR4. In summary the idea of allowing visitors to bring their horse on holiday was unlikely to be acceptable, however it was confirmed that the site was probably close enough to the village to be considered for a more sustainable alternative, whereby visitors would have to come by train or other public transport and compliance of this would be monitored annually.
