The land is situated at Trumpeter which lies to the North west side of the Dartmoor village of Ilsington.
Ilsington Village is a popular small settlement surrounded by picturesque moorland countryside, perfect for horse hacking, walking and exploring. The village is well equipped with a primary school, village shop, church and pub.
About 1.5 miles to the West of the land is Haytor Moor which offers great riding out with horses.

BUYERS RESERVATION FEE-TRADITIONAL ONLINE AUCTION
The successful purchaser(s) will be liable to pay the sum of £5,000 inc VAT. From this a 'buyers fee' of £2,400 (inc VAT) is retained by Stags/Bamboo Auctions as a contribution towards the online platform costs, and £2,600 is payable towards the purchase price.
An additional 'administration' fee of £1,200 including VAT will be payable by the successful purchaser immediately after the auction. This will be separately invoiced by Stags.
PROOF OF IDETINTITY
Under Money Laundering Regulations 2017 it is a requirement for all Estate Agents to perform due to due diligence checks on any person that intends to bid at auction. There will be a requirement for all bidders to register via the online sales sit and complete the ID checks. There is no charge for registration.

From the centre of Ilsington head West towards The ilsington Hotel. Before you reach the hotel turn right at Vicarage Cross signposted "Trumpeter". Follow the lane around a long left hand bend - the land is located on the right hand side before the small hamlet of Trumpeter.
