This extremely charming cottage has recently been affected by a flood in the village and we are selling it on the basis that the new owner will renovate the property to create their own version of a perfect family home.
Preventive measures are currently being put into place to ensure the flooding can be avoided in the future.

- Make external doors open out and sealed against frame. No letterbox or cat flap.
- Downpipes to be moved to road out of courtyards.
- Non-return valves fitted in courtyard drains and talks with SWW to fit one in road before it reaches the house.
- Lockable sewer drains in courtyard.
