The Farmhouse
The farmhouse is a three-story brick building, built in the early 19th Century, The farmhouse is Locally Listed by Cheshire West and Chester Council but is not nationally listed; it does not, therefore, have the same restrictions with regard to repair and alteration that a nationally listed building would.
The house is of traditional construction, with slated dual-pitched roofs, brick-built chimney stacks, and solid brick walls. The windows are a mixture of uPVC double-glazed construction, and timber vertical sliding sash windows with single-glazed panes.
