From Chiverton Cross Roundabout on the A30 near Truro proceed in a NW direction along the B3277 towards St Agnes. Drive for about 2 miles and at the garage, turn left towards Porthtowan. Drive to the crossroads and go straight over. Drive down into the valley, ignore the turning at the bottom to the right to Porthtowan and continue up the hill for about 300 yards. Bear right into Forthvean Road. Continue up Forthvean Road to the top of the hill where there is a stone lane entrance on the right hand side. This long straight lane leads to the land.
