Lower Leigh Cottage sits on the fringes of Combe Martin with Exmoor National Park being right on the doorstep and Combe Martin Beach being approximately just 2 -2.5miles away. There are just a handful of properties within close proximity of Lower Leigh Cottage and a working farm.
